Privacy Policy
This describes what OrchesTerra collects when you use www.orchesterra.in or app.orchesterra.in, and what we do with it. Last updated 4 September 2026.
Who we are
OrchesTerra operates the marketing site at https://www.orchesterra.in and the product at https://app.orchesterra.in.
What we collect
When you start a trial or buy a plan, we store:
- Work email, name, and company
- A password hash — not the password itself
- The plan you chose and the billing cycle
- A workspace (organization) tied to that account
Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and a customer reference. We do not store full card numbers.
The homepage evaluation form (company, email, cloud, team size, challenge) is sent to us by email so we can follow up. It does not create an app account by itself.
If you sign in with Google, Google sends us the email and name on that Google account. We only accept a verified Google email.
When you use the product we also store operational data you submit — repositories you connect, plans, approvals, drift findings, and similar workspace content — so the product can run.
Where it is stored
Account, workspace, and billing records live in our application database. Stripe holds payment details. Transactional email (evaluation intake) is sent through our email provider.
What we use it for
- Create and authenticate your account
- Start a trial or a paid subscription
- Operate drift, policy, and approval workflows you run
- Reply to evaluation or sales requests
- Security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Sign-in and Google
An account created on Start trial can sign in on the app with that email and password. If you later use Google with the same verified email, we attach Google to that existing user. A different Google email creates a different account and will not see the first workspace.
How long we keep it
We keep account and workspace data while the account is active. After you ask us to close the account, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we must keep a record for billing, security, or law.
Your choices
You can stop using the product, disconnect cloud accounts from the app, or close a trial account from the app settings.
Cookies
The marketing site uses cookies needed to run the site and remember checkout return URLs. The app uses session cookies so you stay signed in. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
Children
OrchesTerra is a business product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
